DIY Natural Lip Tint with Cocoa Butter

This is Katie’s recipe for a simple and easy natural tint lip balm that uses cocoa butter.

The cocoa butter makes it wonderfully moisturizing. She also uses a particular root powder that can be used to color the lip tint a subtle red all the way to a dark ruby. It just depends on how much of the powder you use. Katie explains how much to add for a lighter red or a darker red.

The directions are really easy to follow and there are only 3 ingredients. I love super simple recipes! Another neat thing is that you can make 6 lipsticks for under $5.
