The Health & Natural Living Facebook page seems to go into meltdown with likes and positive comments when I post recipes for tasty and healthy water recipes – so I knew I had to share this awesome video from Zain Saraswati Jamal.
It’s a quick, beautifully produced two minute video showing Zain making her famous “Stress-Less Vitamin Water”.
It contains a number of wonderful ingredients that help to calm the body and mind and ease stress and anxiety. This vitamin water tastes delicious but also helps to detoxify the body and balance adrenal hormones such as cortisol – a hormone released during periods of high stress.
