Herbal teas are not just for winter. Even though we’re well into summer, there are all sorts of allergens still in the air.
Zoe shares her recipe for an anti-inflammatory tea that can help with those allergens. It also aids digestion. To top it off, the tea has a wonderfully spicy taste.
The recipe uses two fresh herbs, fennel seeds, and some optional raw honey. (If you’re dealing with allergies, locally grown raw honey added to this tea, may really help you). It’s a nice, simple recipe.
