This is a homemade recipe for an essential oil blend and balm to treat coughs and congestion (similar to Vicks VapoRub). The blend uses 4 different essential oils that have a variety of helpful properties: decongestant, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, fever reducer, immune system stimulation, antibacterial and more.
