Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups rolled oats (I use “quick” oats)
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried and cubed papaya
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg white
