IMPORTANT: Essential oils are not recommended in high doses during the first trimester and some essential oils are not safe to use at all during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor and perform your own research.

This wonderful botanical oil is safe for expectant mothers as it contains only a few drops of lavender essential oil – one of the safest essential oils to use during pregnancy. It is mixed with a number of carrier oils including Argan oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil and more.

The final blend has healing, moisturizing and antioxidant properties and when massaged onto the belly it helps to prevent or remove the dreaded stretch marks.

I’ll share the recipe below, but first, if you need any of the carrier oils then you can get them from this page on Mountain Rose Herbs, and if you need some lavender oil then you can get this Plant Therapy Lavender Oil on Amazon.
