This is a fantastic smoothie for all-round good health. It’s a perfect way to get a mega-blast of nutrients while being super-delicious at the same time.
For the vegans out there who saw the yogurt – don’t tune out yet… because you can use coconut milk, nut butter, or protein powder and skip the dairy.
One thing that’s great about this recipe is that the raw veggies are to some extent masked by the delicious fruit – meaning that you don’t really have to be a ‘diehard raw foodie’ to get your raw kale and so on.
